Abstract
Path leading to Eiheiji youth hostel, Eiheiji village. Eiheiji Temple is one of two main temples of the Sōtō sect of Zen Buddhism in Japan. This image shows an old traditional Japanese-style house with straw coverings protecting the lower level outside to protect against winster snows.
