Abstract
View across the suburb of Makiki towards Manoa valley, the site of the University of Hawaii, Honolulu. The subdivision of Makiki Heights is on Sugar Loaf Hill to the left of the valley. The small volcanic cone that produced the lava flow which filled Manoa valley, and upon with the University of Hawaii is built, is visible above Sugar Loaf.
