Abstract
View of West Maui Mountains looking from the Kamaole Kula district on the lower slopes of East Maui. This image shows the small town of Kihei in foreground and the flat land of central Maui isthmus which bridges the 2 separate volcanoes of West Maui and the much younger and higher Haleakala forming the eastern half of the island.
