Abstract

Tidal wave (tsunami) safety zone marker. The Hawaiian islands, especially the northern shores, are subject to tsunami hazard. This marker on the Kalalau trail, Na Pali coast, northern Kauai, marks the height above the shore that would be deemed safe from a tsunami.
