This photo shows a group of Indigenous Australians from the Tweed River region ca. 1890. There are three children, two youths and a baby. There are also four adult women and four adult men. In the foreground is a dog. In the background are huts that are made of canvas and sapling branches. No. 18 . This photo was taken It was taken ca 1890 at Kynnumboon the property owned by the Bray Family in the Murwullimbah region. The Bray Family had a large resident Indigenous Australian labour force, and this photo is of some of those workers.
