Abstract

This is a compilation of information gathered during the LA50QUT Project to commemorate 50 years of Landscape Architecture education at QIT/QUT, the first Australian professionally-accredited education in the profession. Former and current students, staff, and others contributed articles and reminiscences; a chronology organised by decade is presented; relevant published material, details of individual studies, appreciated course projects, work destinations and projects of former students, and a listing of those involved over the five decades are also included. The Compilation concludes with a report of the 50th Celebration at QUT.
