Abstract
This Kelvin Grove site at 95–107 Musk Avenue, was developed as a residential facitily for 120 TAFE students. The unites of four students per 'house; with tutor accomodation for four, slotted into every group of twetny. Central was the dining hall, recreation areas and reception.
The architect was John Dalton and the client was Dept of Works, Queensland.
The TAFE Hall of Residence at Kelvin Grove were listed on the Queensland Heritage Register on 25 February 2004
